We collect account details (such as name and email), provider profile information you choose to publish, and messages you send through AITalentPages.
Authentication is handled by Clerk. Application emails (for example new enquiry notifications) are sent through our notification service when configured. Passwords are not stored in our application database.
Profile photos and company logos may be stored in object storage. We do not host portfolio files, screenshots, PDFs, videos, or other work evidence — providers supply external links only, and those claims are not independently verified by AITalentPages.
Published provider profiles are publicly visible and may be indexed by search engines. Conversations are visible only to participants and, when needed for safety, platform administrators.
